As part of my continuing coverage of the Television Critics Association summer press tour, Showtime took the morning today at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills and trotted out current shows Dexter and The Real L Word as well as Episodes (starring Matt LeBlanc and premiering in January – the trailer is hilarious, by the way) and Laura Linney’s new series The Big C, which may not premiere until August 16th but I have the pilot episode for you to watch now. In the meantime, here are a few pics from this morning’s panel. Linney, as always, was cheery, sharp and gave great answers about how you take Cancer (the C in the title if you didn’t know) and make it into a potentially long-running television series.
