@bradmeltzer @historychannel During the last stop on the 14-city tour for his new just-released novel The Inner Circle (which is #1 on the New York Times Best Seller List), writer Brad Meltzer sat down with me in Los Angeles to talk about constructing his latest novel as well as his hit History Channel series Brad Meltzer’s Decoded (will there be a season 2? I asked!) and, since he’s had a hand in writing the Buffy The Vampire Slayer comic books, I (also) had to ask what he thought of recent reports of a new movie without series creator Joss Whedon steering the ship or iconic Buffy star Sarah Michelle Gellar. I also had to ask (courtesy of a tweet about the still-missed WB series Jack and Bobby and whether we’ll ever see the series on DVD.

Brad – I’m a big fan of Decoded and the Books. Watching the Decoded show on FT Knox and the gold. I think the the security is all for show to protect the secret. The depository was created to consolidate, store and secure our countries gold from enemy invasion.
But – the enemy changed – It moved from Japanese and German invasion to Russian communist nuclear weapons. During the cold war things were dispersed for security. So I believe the gold was dispersed to the Federal Reserve Banks. NY, Kansas city, Dallas, San Francisco – ect. This turn over to the Fed would also facilitate international gold trading, and shipping gold to other governments. also things they dont want us to know about. The nations gold is not in Ft Knox. Look into reports of truck conveys in and out.
